ANGELIC APPEAL delivers 3YO Metro spoils

3YO filly ANGELIC APPEAL delivered her second career in 9 starts after a well planned and perfectly executed ride at Morphettville on Saturday March 2nd. It was the first Metro win for the filly and delivered a payday of $54,700 for connections.

"The 7 horse field provided a tricky race pattern for form analysts with no proven leader in the event. Callan Murray knows the horse well and we looked to take a forward position and leave little to chance. It has worked a treat today." Dean Alexander shared with connections post race.

The daughter of Cornerstone Stud shuttle stallion Sir Prancealot had been a private purchase at a select event run by the stud. Her dam Blanchee has now had 4 to race for 10 wins and a number of active runners.
