8yo Campobasso delivers an 8th career win

Campobasso has delivered the stable a 10th season winner and an amazing 8th career win.

The evergreen 8yo took control early in the race and although challenged entering the final straight had plenty in reserve to hold off the field over 2112m at Gawler on 17th May 2023.

Leading rider Todd Pannell rode a double on card and gave a glowing report of the geldings constitution and endeavour after the race.
